The staff was helpful when my plug got stuck. They arrived quickly and fixed it. The hotel's location was central to attractions I wanted to see. The Jameson and Guinness tours were a ten-minute walk.
I found no mini fridge in the room. This was inconvenient.

The room was rather small (i seemed like i was in a fancy capsule). housekeeping also seemed to have missed a spot. I found some dust bunnies under the bed. i get that it is a busy hotel but still, attention to detail matters.

the staff were helpful with directions. i found the breakfast to be good with plenty of options available (the pastries were a particular treat). the hotel is very close to many attractions, i could easily walk to most of them. i appreciated the seamless late check-out, as it allowed me to explore a bit more.
the room was quite small, and i had limited space to move around the bed. it was a little inconvenient to navigate.

the room was well kept and clean, although a bit compact (it had everything i needed). the bed was comfortable, and i slept well . the shower had good pressure and temperature controls, that was a plus.

breakfast included a variety of hot and cold items that were regularly replenished. the coffee machine provided a good caffeine fix to start the day. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection offered daily. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the lobby area was modern and cute. there was a small business center available with computers and printers, it was a convenient space for quick work tasks.

the hotel is in a great location with many attractions within walking distance, like the guinness storehouse. public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel, connecting me to other parts of the city. the immediate area felt safe and secure . i could not ask for a better spot.

The room was quite small. there was barely any room to move around the bed, i nearly tripped a few times. also, i was woken up early by cleaning staff knocking on the door well before checkout time. That was annoying.

the bathroom was great! i especially liked the water pressure in the shower. the location is very central. it was easy to reach from the airport too. the led light functions were cool and futuristic.
the room facilities were poor. there was limited room to move around the bed. i did not find complimentary water in the room. cleaning staff knocked at my door quite early.
